增强型转化

  • 接受增强型转化条款 Floodlight 服务 在 CM360 中配置。
  • 使用匹配 ID 对您的网站进行插桩处理。

归一化和哈希处理

为了帮助保护隐私,电子邮件地址、电话号码、名字、姓氏 必须先使用 SHA-256 算法对名称和街道地址进行哈希处理, 正在上传。为了使哈希结果实现标准化,在对一个哈希进行哈希处理之前 您必须:

  • 移除开头或结尾处的空格。
  • 将文本转换为小写形式。
  • 根据 E164 标准设置电话号码的格式。
  • 移除 gmail.comgooglemail.com 电子邮件地址中域名前面的所有句点 (.)。

常见错误

您在使用 标识符:

字段 hashed_X 不是有效的 SHA-256 哈希值
所有带有“哈希值”前缀的字段都只接受采用以下编码的 SHA-256 哈希值 十六进制数。
字段“country_code”的长度有误
country_code”必须正好是 2 个字母。
Floodlight 配置尚未签署增强型转化服务条款
尚未为 请求的 Floodlight 配置 ID。
指定的 user_identifier 超过 5 个
一次转化最多只能有 5 个用户标识符。

为什么建议使用匹配 ID?
基于点击 ID 的修改会排除点击前的转化,以及限制 增强型转化集成的价值。
为什么要记录数量和价值?
CM360 线下转化 API 要求“数量”和“价值”
修改基于代码的线上转化时,我需要获得 Google 记录的精确的微秒时间戳吗?
对于基于匹配 ID 的修改,API 现在接受修改,前提是 请求中提供的时间戳在 Google 记录的时间戳后的 1 分钟内 时间戳。
为什么在在线代码捕获转化后,我需要等待 90 分钟才能对其进行改进?
系统最长可能需要 90 分钟才能将线上转化编入索引, 并且可用于修改。
在 API 响应中我应注意什么?
即使 CM360 Conversion API 返回成功响应, 有可能无法上传或更新个别转化数据。检查 表示失败的各个 ConversionStatus 字段: <ph type="x-smartling-placeholder">
